Champions League
The Champions League is an annual international club football competition organised by UEFA. Originally known as the European Cup until the 1992/93 season, the Champions League is contested by the top football clubs in Europe, with the competition divided into two parts: a group stage and a knockout stage. The winners of the Champions League are declared champions of Europe.
Real Madrid have won it the most times with 13 titles (including the European Cup). The last winners were Chelsea.
