Spoiler alert (I guess): Serena won her first round match at the US Open against Danka Kovinić in straight set, 6-3 6-3, and in style with her final tournament outfit (above).
The Nike dress has a six-layer skirt, nodding to her six USO titles, coupled with “a crystal-encrusted bodice” that “alludes to the night sky at the tournament.” As for the footwear, they are custom NikeCourt Flare 2 with even more diamonds and “solid gold lace deubrés”. It’s like watching the cosmos move with on point.
