Ten-pin bowling is a sport where bowlers roll bowling balls towards ten pins, positioned in a triangle, and attempt to knock as many down in two goes. Knocking down all ten on the first try is known as a ‘strike’. Doing so in the second roll is known as a ‘spare’.
