Marcus Rashford brace helps Villa to 3–0 win vs. Preston in FA Cup quarter finals

Aston Villa are just one win away from their first FA Cup final since 2015 after a 3–0 victory over Preston North End. It was also cause for celebration for loanee Marcus Rashford as he bagged his first two goals for the club after moving from Manchester United.

It was a pretty one-sided affair with Villa dominating thanks to 72% possession and 16 shots on goal. Rashford’s brace (58′ and 63′ (P)) and Jacob Ramsey’s 71st minute goal sealed the deal and booked them a place in the semi-finals against Crystal Palace.

While I have no affinity to Villa, the perfect final for me would be Man City vs. Villa and Rashford scoring the winner. It’d send the Man United fans’ heads in a spin and I love to see anything that messes with them (and Rashford coming out on top of course).
