Gwan, Henri!
I was meant to post about the Jamaican triplets—Henri, Henniyah, and Helaina Rivers—bidding to all compete at Milano Cortina 2026. Sadly, Henniyah and Helaina Rivers didn’t qualify but their brother Henri did and he got some coverage on the Olympics website:
“Just being able to have sisters like that, to be so close with them, it really is great for me,” said Henri. “I always have them as motivation because without them, I wouldn’t be the skier I am today, so I really give thanks and I’m really grateful for having them in my life.”
I’ll be watching out for Henri in the men’s slalom which starts on 16th February and so will his sisters (sans Olympic credentials)
