Coco Gauff defeated Aryna Sabalenka 6–7(5) 6–2 6–4 to win her first French Open title and her second grand slam overall. While the first set was littered with errors and breaks from both players, it was Gauff who made it count with some incredible shot making and clutch moments when needed to come from a set down to win and come within 2 slams of a career grand slam.
